Checklist One - Task Lists, Notes & Reminders App Reviews

This was the perfect checklist app. Exactly what I was looking for. No unnecessary frills, just the ability to add items, group them, and check them off. Intuitive and easy to use interface and looks great too. I love this app.

Has the elements Im looking for - notes, reminders, recurring reminders, and subtasking. The color options are gravy.

But not as intuitive as it thinks it is. Its day 2 and I am still trying to figure out how to manage and view multiple lists. iThoughts is better for managing multiple threads. But the good news is this is free, as long as you dont expect colors other than shades of blue....

Ive been looking for something this simple and straightforward since getting an iphone. Simple but with MANY functions. Great job! Only improvement needed is to share to dos with a spouse

This is a great app, and Ive lots of list making apps. Would be perfect if there was a version for the iPad. Then Id give it 5 stars.

iOS is latest, iPhone 6 plus. Seemed like the perfect app but every time I try to edit what time an item should be done it crashes. Even after reboot.

Looks promising, but features are disabled in free version so I cant set reminders and see how well the app works.

This app is amazing. But every time I try to edit the time of a reminder, the app quits. I cant edit the reminder time at all. If this bug is fixed, this app will be the most perfect checklist app on the market.

Deletes data after apple software upgrade ...twice now. First time contacted developer with no response not expecting any this time either. Easier to just delete-more reliable apps available with more functionality.

As a super busy wife and mother of three kids, 2 cats and 1 dog, I need to be super organized! This app has increased my efficiency, 10 fold. Incredibly easy to use and organize. Brilliant! Thank you for creating this awesome app!

I never pay for apps and I never review apps. Today Im doing both. I wanted a checklist with simple-to-use organization, reminders, iCloud backup, and flexibility. Ive tried Gqueues pro, Todoist pro, Wunderlist, Evernote, Google Keep, and a host of others. None of them quite hit that sweet spot of functionality and simplicity the way this app does. The only feature I would really like to see is an OS X version. I like the flexibility of being able to access and update lists while Im at my computer, and not just on my phone. Considering the functionality and price, this app is a steal.

Keeps saying will show number of unchecked items on the app badge but it doesnt. The app is okay

Great app but please fix a few things. 1. Sliding an item to the left to change color or bring up the menu is touchy; it takes me 2-3 tries to move it just right. 2. When touching within new text so I can edit it is frustrating; if my desired edit is at the end of the line, the "x" is in the way so it all gets deleted; had to re-enter a couple times. 3. Sorting options would be great; specifically by alpha. 4. Id love to be able to move a whole list, part of a list, one item into a new category/list Ive created. Hope to see these updates soon! Im obsessed with checklists and this is the only one Ive found that I like. However, the notifications dont work at all. Badge doesnt show up and other notification types are not available.

This app does not work for me. No colors. Ive read other reviews that make this seem awesome. Not for me. Too bad, I lived the idea of it.

so... this app wont let me write anything in the notes part. As in, if I try to look at my notes, there wont be anything in it. dont waste your time trying to figure out this "simple, but not" design. Also, a note to the makers, make it so that you can watch or look at the tutorial all the time, not just in the beginning.

Super helpful, but badge notifications only show when Im using my phone- sound or other notification options are needed

Clicking five instead of 4 though because I think the greatness overrides its minor issues. Overall, thank you for creating the to-do list of my dreams. I never review apps but this is simple, powerful, and beautiful.

Would be the best reminder app-just needs badge and sound notifications.
